Tammy Perlmutter is a writer and editor, the founder, and curator of
The Mudroom, a collaborative blog for women, and co-founder of
Deeply Rooted, an annual faith and creativity gathering for women. Tammy is a member of the Redbud Writers Guild, an amateur naturalist, a Chicago Conservation Corps Sustainability leader, and she lives and works with Jesus People, an intentional Christian community in Chicago. She is also a founding member of the Uptown Garden Collective, an urban sustainability initiative.
